Condition as shown, the DMV will not register 1932 plates that have faded to black, but this one still has that nice deep blue color. Someone in the past has cleaned the surface aggressively, there are noticeable brush marks. DMV clear.

All plates are shipped via USPS. Orders under 1lb are shipped via First Class. All other orders over 1lb will be shipped via Priority Mail. Everything is carefully packed with cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap, and securely packed into a thick bubble mailer.
